Figure 7. Installation of a submersible sensor with auto-cleaning in the pipeline DУ = 150 мм / DУ = 200 мм ATTENTION! The pressure in the pipe during cleaning should not exceed 3 bar! (Top view - sensor at 3 o'clock position)
Figure 8. Installation of a submersible sensor in the pipeline.
A row of optical windows (1) should be located along the direction of flow of the fluid.
The minimum immersion depth in the pipe (2) must be at least 5 mm.
The minimum distance to the opposite wall (3) must be greater (30 ... 80) mm depending on the concentration.
The smaller the concentration, the greater must be the distance.
1 - swivel mount for extension pipe; 2 - extension pipe; 3 - extension pipe adapter; 4 - sensor with auto cleaning nozzle; 5 - rain protection; 6 - cable and air tube; 7 - handhold;
The figure shows a typical attachment of a submerged sensor using a mounting kit to the handrails
at an open tank. The mounting kit (optional) includes an extension tube, a sensor adapter to the tube,
and a hinge mount for the extension tube.
Compressed air provided by the user must be clean and with a pressure not exceeding 3 bar.
